All products are returnable if the product is in the same condition as it was upon receipt including the product packaging, or if you discover any product defects.

No return/exchange
  1. The date you submit the request exceeds 14 days from the delivery date.
  2. Product is damaged due to the consumer's lack of care.
  3. The value of the product has been significantly reduced due to partial use of product.
  4. Damage to product packaging.
  5. For product exchange, the exchange item must be of the same price and PV as the original purchased item.
